Refund and Exchange Policy

Please contact Chloe McColl Jewellery by email within 14 days of the date of purchase in order to make a return. Please email chloemccoll@live.com.au and state the reason for return and the item you will be returning.

Items must be in their original condition. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange.

Refunds will be made for faulty goods only. For change of mind we can only offer exchanges. Postage is not covered by Chloe McColl Jewellery for change of mind returns.

Returns must be made by Australian registered post (domestic) and registered post (international). We will not be financially responsible for return shipping (other than for faulty items).

All sales are final after 14 days.
