All prices quoted on the online store do not include freight or GST. Freight will be added at the end of your purchase to your invoice. Chloe McColl Jewellery s not registered for GST.
Faulty or damaged in transit, goods
All orders are packaged carefully. If your product is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately.
Refunds will only be made when goods are faulty. We will also offer exchanges for faulty goods.
The intellectual property of Chloe McColl Jewellery items remains the property of Chloe McColl Jewellery.
You may notice slight variations between pieces. This occurs as a result of their handmade nature.
Caring for your jewellery
Jewellery can become dirty or tarnish overtime. This is a result of dirt, dust, makeup’s, body creams and other various germs and bacteria accumulated over time.
You may clean your silver pieces with silver cleaner, or gently with water and a coarse sponge.
We are happy to clean your jewels free of charge if you wish to have your piece cared for by the experts. Postage or delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Chloe McColl Jewellery will not take responsibility for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by use, display, purchase or sale of any of our products.
Your business details/ order details/ order status/ financial information and any other information specifics related to your order shall not be divulged to any third party.
Customer serviceWe strive to provide excellent customer service and quality goods. We endeavour to ensure that all items are listed correctly and are available at time of purchase.
In the rare case that an item ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and shall arrange an agreeable alternative item or issue a full refund.
